  • The Entry Requirement: There is no specific “Trekking Visa.” You simply need a standard Nepal Tourist Visa to enter the country.
  • How to Obtain It: You can apply online prior to departure or secure an On-Arrival Visa at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) or major land borders.
  • Trekking Permits: Once in Nepal, regional trekking permits (such as TIMS and Conservation/National Park permits) must be obtained separately based on your specific itinerary.
