Travel tours come with two types of online payment options.
1. PayPal
2. Credit Card (via Stripe gateway)
After the payment is processed, the system automatically reserves the seat, and an invoice is generated in the customer’s backend. Both the customer and the administrator can verify the transaction as “Online Paid” from the backend, where the transaction ID will be displayed.
To use this feature, the site administrator must enable offline payment methods such as bank transfers. Bank information can be added to the email templates in the theme options, allowing customers to receive bank details along with their booking confirmation email. If the administrator does not wish to allow this method, they can disable the “Book Now Pay Later” button from the theme options.
When a customer clicks the “Book Now Pay Later” button, the transaction will appear in both the administrator and customer backends with a “Pending” status. Following this, the customer can choose to pay either online or offline.
Upon clicking the “Book Now Pay Later” button, the customer can view the transaction in the backend. Two buttons are available: Submit Payment Receipt and Make Online Payment.
When choosing to Make Online Payment, the customer can complete the online transaction via PayPal or credit card.
This button allows customers to submit their payment receipt after completing the bank transfer process.
The administrator can review the receipt from the administrative backend. The administrator has the option to approve or reject the submitted receipt. After approval or rejection, the system will send an email notification to the customer.
